How should we respond to Jesus? In the parable we're looking at this Sunday gives a range of responses to Jesus, and we are encouraged to think carefully about how respond to Jesus and to God's generosity and goodness to us. Why not join us this Sunday, as we find out more?
You would be very welcome at our 10:30am service in St Andrew, Cuffley or at 9am for a service of Holy Communion in St Thomas, Northaw, this Sunday.
The 10:30am service will also be streamed. This will start at 10:25am, and can be accessed directly via YouTube, found on our website, and is advertised on our YouTube channel.

Children’s Church
Our children’s church meets this Sunday morning in the Undercroft. Children are welcome from 10:20, and will join us upstairs towards the end of the service.
Work from Church Friday
Do you work from home during the week, or know someone that does? Today is our ‘Work from church Friday’, in St Andrew from 9am to 3pm. Coffee, wi-fi and company available.
St Thomas Update
You may well have seen the fences at St Thomas, outside the west window. The hot summer has not been kind to the building, and the window has reached the point where we need to consider the safety of everyone who uses the church. The risk is still very small, but we want to keep everyone as safe as possible. Over the next few weeks, we will be stopping using St Thomas in its entirety, until the west window can be removed.
- From Monday 12th October, St Thomas will no longer be open unattended during the day.
- From Sunday 18th October, the 9am service will move from St Thomas to St Andrew.
- On Sunday 8th November, the Remembrance Sunday service will take place entirely outside.
Annual Memorial Service
Our Annual Memorial Service is at 3pm on Sunday 2nd November. Email invitations will be sent out in the coming days. If you would like to be added to the contact list, or know someone who would, please sign up online.
Remembrance Sunday
Our Remembrance Sunday service is at 10:50am at St Thomas on 8th November. The whole service will take place outside the church building, at the memorial.
Wednesday Service
Every Wednesday, we have a short service in St Andrew's at 10am, you would be very welcome.
Rotas
We very much value and appreciate all the different people that welcome and help with refreshments, and the different voices that we hear from the front. We always welcome new people to these roles, even if infrequently, and we have some spaces at the moment. If you don’t already help, and this would be something you would like to do, please talk to Chris.
We’re currently using self-signup for the various rotas: blank rotas will be pinned up at the back of St Andrew. If you are one of our regular welcomers, readers, pray-ers, communion assistants, or refreshment helpers, please do sign up where you are able to.
