I hope that these prayers are useful, and that you are able to spend a few minutes at noon each day, as we pray together as a church family. Please do keep sending your prayer suggestions to me, so that we can make sure we are praying around the needs, burdens and encouragements of our whole church family.
“The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to find out if it had any fruit. When he reached it, he found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs.” (Mark 11:12-13, NIV)
We're going to be spending the next few weeks in Mark's Gospel, finishing the journey we started back in June 2018. We're starting with a fig tree, without figs, when it wasn't the season for figs. New: Wednesday Prayer @ 10am
This Wednesday, we're trying something new. At 10am, we'll meet via Zoom for a short time to pray together. We'll take the first few Wednesdays as they come, and see what pattern works for us. I'd love for you to join us via Zoom, please email me for details of how to join.
We'll be no more than 20 minutes, which will give enough time to make a hot drink before joining the Vircual Coffee Shop.
