On Remembrance Sunday, we remember those who have given their life and health to serve others. These words of Jesus tell us that doing that is an act great love. He is also talking about himself: he gave his own life to save us. You would be very welcome at our services this Sunday: 10:50am in St Thomas, Northaw, or at 8:30am in St Thomas, Northaw, as we look at what great love for others looks like.
Our Remembrance Sunday service is at 10:50am at St Thomas on 10th November. We’ll start outside at the memorial for an Act of Remembrance, before concluding the service inside the church building.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to livestream the service this Sunday.
Children’s Church
There is no children’s church this Sunday, as we all meet together at St Thomas for our Remembrance Sunday service.
St Andrew’s Day
On Saturday 30th November, at 4.00pm, there will be a service to mark St Andrew’s day. As in previous years, this will be followed by a fish and chip supper. More details to follow.
Pre-Christmas Coffee Morning
Our Pre-Christmas Coffee Morning with gift for sale and mince pies is on Wednesday 20th November, from 10:30-12:00, in St Andrew, Cuffley.

We’re currently using self-signup for the various rotas: blank rotas will be pinned up at the back of St Andrew. If you are one of our regular welcomers, readers, pray-ers, communion assistants, or refreshment helpers, please do sign up where you are able to.
